You are flying into Rapid City Regional Airport and you need to get from the airport to our location. When you first get off the airplane and are headed for baggage claim give us a call. As you are headed for baggage claim and waiting for your luggage we are on our way to pick you up. We will meet you out front of baggage claim and bring you back to our store to do the paperwork. We have never charged our renter's for this service. However Rapid City Regional Airport some years ago required all off airport car rental companies that pick up renters at the airport to collect a Airport User Fee. This one time fee which is currently 7% of the Time and Miles is to be collected by the rental company and remitted to the airport. This applies to all rentals that start or stop on the airport grounds.
Your rental is over and you need to get to the airport during our normal business hours. We are more than happy to take you to the airport to catch your flight. We suggest that you arrrive approximately 30 minutes before you would like to be at the airport. We will check you in, give you a ride to the airport and drop you off at the departure entrance. Are you needing to pick up or drop off the rental at the airport during the hours that we are closed. We can arrange for after hours pick up and/or drop off. The Airport User Fee will apply to all rentals that we drop off or pick up at the airport. Please call us so we can discuss your options and get it set up for you.
You are staying or planning to stay at a Rapid City Hotel or Motel and need to rent a vehicle. We can pick you up at your hotel or motel and bring you back to our location and sign you up. When you are done with the rental you can return the car to us and we can give you a ride back to your Hotel or Motel. If you would like or are not done with the rental until after we are closed. You can park the car out front of the hotel/motel, turn the keys in at the front desk. We will pick up the car the next business morning, additional charges may apply. A friendly reminder that you are still responsible for the fuel in the car if you did not purchase (prepay) at the start of rental.
Would you like the car waiting for you at your Hotel / Motel? We can with enough notice and the neccessay information offer this service. We can send you the rental agreement throught the secure online service DocuSign. Once we get the completed agreement back we will deliver the car to your Hotel/Motel and leave the keys at the front desk for you to pick up at your convenience. When you are done turn the keys in at the front desk and we will come down and pick up the vehicle. Your receipt will be sent to you by email.Please call us for details.
You are staying at a campground or RV park in the Black Hills and need a car to go sightseeing, run errands, for what ever reason. We can deliver the vehicle right to your site and pick it up when you are done. There are many fine campgrounds and RV parks in the Black Hills. We do not deliver to all of them due to distance and the cost would be prohibitive.
We get the necessary information when you make your reservation. You call us with your site number when you get checked in. We then deliver your vehicle right to your site the next morning. We try to have all the vehicles delivered by 9:00 AM. When you are done with the vehicle each campground and RV park have an area for you to drop off. We will pick the vehicle up get you checked in and email a receipt to you. We do charge to deliver and pickup the vehicles. There are is also a two day minimum for the length of rental. You need to rent a vehicle and need to be picked up and/or dropped off at your home or business. We offer free customer pick up and drop off from your home or business in Rapids City. We will pick you up at the agreed time and location and bring you back to our office to complete the rental agreement. When you are done with the car, stop by our office. We will close your rental agreement either email or give you a paper copy of your receipt. We will then take you back to your home or business.
Would you like the vehicle delivered to your home or business? We do offer this service, but please be aware that a delivery and a pick up fee will apply. A minimum length of rental will apply, valid email address required. The rental agreement will be sent to renter by DocuSign, and vehicle will only be delivered upon our receipt that the rental agreement has been completed. Are you needing a vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired at a repair shop, body shop or dealership? We offer free customer pick up at the repair facility or dealership and bring to our office to complete the rental agreement. When your vehicle is repaired. If you would stop by our store and we will close out your rental agreement and we will either email you a receipt or give you a paper copy. We will then take you back to where your vehicle has been repaired.
You need to get the vehicle and we are not open. We can make arrangements for you to pick it. The vehicle can be picked up at our store, at a hotel or motel in Rapid City, campgrounds and RV parks that we deliver to and at Rapid City Regional Airport. This service does require an advance reservation so we may get this set up for you. We use DocuSign to get the rental agreement completed and your electronic signature. We will then deliver the vehicle to the agreed location and then let you know where you can pick up the keys. Please be aware that additional fees and charges may apply. If we deliver the vehicle and later you cannot make it. A minimum of at least 1 day rent plus all associated fees and charges will apply. You done with the vehicle and we are not open. That is not a problem, we can handle after hours drop offs. These need to be agreed upon at the time of reservation or no later then when the vehicle is rented. If you are staying at a hotel/motel in Rapid City, park the vehicle in the parking lot and leave the keys with the staff at the front desk. If you are staying at a campground or RV park, park the car in the approved area of the campground or RV park. We will tell you what to do with the keys when we deliver the car. Need to leave it at Rapid City Regional Airport on Sunday or very early in the morning? We will tell you where to leave the vehicle and what to do with the keys when you are done. You can drop off the vehicle at our location after hours. We will tell you what to do with the keys when we sign you up. We will pick up the vehicle(s) the next business morning, get them checked in and email a receipt to you.
